Great washing machine, good energy saving options, I like the drum clean option too, had lots of trouble cleaning my last one. It has a steam function I've not tried yet but that's new in my experience. 7kg drum is smaller than the last one I owned , but not had any issues with bedding or washing for family of 5. The only issue I had was finding a mid range cycle, longer than quick wash, but shorter than 2+ hrs (thinking of my electric bill) but there are a couple, you just have to experiment with the different programmes and options. There is a guide with it, for programme specifics, but times were not on it. Chose ao due to fast eelivery times, as my old one died on xmas day! And fitting it was easy, (they can do it for you if you need at a cost)
Overall I'm happy with it so far. Pushy aftersales call just as I had it delivered was annoying though. If I want extended warranty I'll let you know. Statutory warranty on electrical goods is pretty long in the UK and anything after that is likely waer & tear. At this price point the extra insurance is unnecessary in my opinion. Thanks for offering the service, but again pushy sales people are a big turn off.
