The quietest machine I've ever had without a doubt - even on max spin speed there is just a gentle hum. Great if you live in a flat or open plan or even if you don't - no ear defenders needed with this model. It has a generously sized drum sufficient for a household of 2-4 I'd suggest, although as with many machines, not all programs accommodate the max 7kg load. I personally like the look and contrast of the black door rim & large clear digital time display. Feels solid for a lower price point machine. Good selection of programmes with some ability to tweak e.g add prewash, extra rinse cycle and intensive on some. I like to use rubber cups under the feet - helps to keep it stable. Also, great service from AO from start to finish - ease of ordering, customer services efficient & polite and the delivery crew a credit to the company. A very happy customer!
