I bought this model purely because it was short in depth, I have limited space in a cupboard. I could believe the price at first and I had never had a Hisense machine before but read the reviews which were great. I have to say the machine is amazing, it's the quietest washing machine I've ever had, even ones by the brand leaders don't compare. As for AO, their delivery process and staff are second to none. Win, win I say.

Washing machine is great, really quiet on the spin and simple to use. A wide range of programs and the drum is a suitable size for 1-2 people. Very happy with my purchase.
