Easy to use, quiet, looks v smart

Easy to use, quiet, looks smart. Program times are fairly long, although it does reduce these for smaller loads, and has a nice large drum. I picked Bosch for good reliability according to Which? - I've only used it a few times so can't comment on that yet!

I haven’t had a Bosh before. I had a pleasant surprise when registering the 2year warranty. They are offering a 5 year warranty free until September 2024 as it is a new model. I have had it a week, and used cottons and mixed load. Both clean well. It has a handy light when you unload, so less likely to leave a stray item in there. The cotton cycle is longer than my previous machine, but there is a quick option if you need. There are plenty of program options. I haven’t tried the steam yet but glad it is an option. I wanted to be sure the machine I bought had the option to pause a programme (in case there was something in that shouldn’t be or not in that should be) and a child lock so little fingers wouldn’t boil something delicate by changing the programme etc. This machine has both. So far, I am happy. I have to say the ao team were patient with me. I made an order and changed my mind before delivery. Thank you for great service too!

Had an 10+ old Bosch washing machine and thought it was about time i upgraded to a more efficient and quieter model. With its different energy saving wash programmes and new quiet spin technology, i wish i had done it sooner…
