This new machine replaces my Exxcel 8 that lasted 13 years. But really pleased with the new machine so far. I only tend to use a few programmes the 10Kg Cotton or the 4Kg Easy care mostly. Like my previous machine it will automatically adjust the time of the wash down to suit the load. I'm not sure about putting clothes or sheets in on the Eco programme as it might wash them at 60 and possibly shrink them, towels would be ok I guess. I tend to put the machine on overnight as it has a timer that allows you to select the finish time up to 24 hours ahead. All good so far...

Excellent. Very quiet. No faff with apps, just sticks to what it does best and keeps good balance. I like the option of shorter cycles and temperature control. Washes well. It’s still new, so will be interesting to see how it lasts. Cheap plastic around the door and tray which loses it one star.

I was between a Miele upgrade or going to Bosch as the happy middle. This was by far the better option for the price, and with a 5 year warranty. Miele customer service and warranty has dropped off big time sadly, and there is little to justify doubling the outgoing these days. The Bosch is simple, which was perfect for my mum who is 72 and struggles with her eyesight and complex devices. As with all modern machines, it has a lot of unnecessary modes and lengths of washes, but you can stick on Mixed Load and stick on anti stain, extra rinse, and customise the spin speed, temps. It's very simple, and appears well made. The plastic cover on the front of the door is plastic and flexes in a disappointing way, but other than that has solid build quality.

Now that I have used the machine I can honestly say it's pretty fantastic. You barely know it's on as it's so quiet and washes beautifully. My last Bosch lasted 26 1/2 years and so if that isn't a good enough reason to bu another one then I don't know what is. Ao were also fantastic, there was a hard wiring problem, which they quickly fixed, fantastic service all round. Machine now registered with Bosch for the guarantee so all is in order. Will definetly use AO again! Thank you.

Love this washing machine. We had a Samsung before which was very loud from the beginning. This one is so much quieter and has better features.
