Looks good, programmes easy to use. Like the short cycle programme, can choose 15 or 30 min cycle. Very quiet when on, minimal sound when on spin cycle. Maximum load 10kg useful for our household.

Easy to understand and operate, with great results

Very quiet, easy to use controls, good looking, good controls. BUT it was a surprise that a machine branded as a 10kg load machine only took that weight on 2 of the 10 programs (full duration cottons and Eco 40-60), with some limited to as little as 2kg. I was surprised that a 'speedy' cotton wash should be limited to 5kg, a mixed load (lightly soiled) needing to be downrated to 4kg, and delicates, sportswear or wool down to 2kg. Our 12 year old Hotpoint took 8kg on all cycles.

Very smart looking machine. Easy to understand the controls. Great capacity. Quiet operation. Easy to install. Very heavy but that's a plus.

In a word: Excellent. Great value and does exactly what it says on the box. We're delighted with our new machine which is wonderfully efficient and quiet. What more can anyone want.

So much quieter than my last machine which on a fast 1600 spin would meet you at the utility room door!!! And extremely noisy!!

A remarkable machine that intelligently reminds you of the washing weight based on your chosen programme, optimising each wash while minimising energy use. Its quiet operation enhances the experience. I am truly thrilled with it.
