Purchased this to replace my previous faithful Bosch machine which finally came to end of life after 10 years. AO was priced competitively but could deliver next day which was the most important element for us, as we have a young family with laundry a daily routine! Happy with the machine, feels familiar from having the same brand previously but I definitely appreciate the updated features such as the ability to customise the temperature for each cycle which I didn't have before, and adding extra items mid-cycle which I seem to need to do more than I'd expect!

I love this washing machine. It is so quiet. It cleans well and has a good choice of programmes. It spins up to 1400 speed and I have noticed a reduction in drying time. It's easy to use and matches my Bosch tumble dryer.

Bosch are a trusted brand in our household, we replaced a 9 year Bosch with a new Bosch. The quality has not been “value engineered” and the improvements over the 9 years are evident, especially the lack of noise !!. Very very happy.

Great machine, huge drum, fits in so much more than my previous machine. I always tend to buy bosh as they never let me down. I had the last one 11 years and it never broke down. This machine is quiet though in fairness it’s in the utility so not sitting listening to it! I’ve tried about three of the programs and all seem to clean well. The machine looks modern and sleek. Early days but I would recommend.
