Well built product, replacing previous Bosch Washing Machine that gave up after ten years without issue. Took a while to familiarise programme controls, however generally easy to operate. Slightly quieter machine than previous model. 5 year guarantee via registration process is also a bonus.

Loving this new machine, as it has a little display on the floor that tells you how long left in the cycle etc. Particularly impressed by this as my brother's Porsche does the same thing but with the Porsche logo when you open the door. That car cost over £100k, this washing machine was much cheaper. I win.

This product is much quieter than my previous washer, which. makes such a difference in my open plan living/kitchen space. The touch screen side can be a little frustrating and would be better as buttons, but this is a small annoyance. The floor display is a welcome feature as an integrated product, meaning I don't have to open the door constantly to check progress. Slightly disappointed at the amount of water left in the dispenser/in the seals at the end of a wash - but a quick wipe after each cycle will hopefully avoid any mould build up.

I am not overly impressed considering the cost, I hope this will last and prove me wrong but currently I am missing my old appliance rather than appreciating the new one!

Easy to use, love the digital clock to let you how long the cycle is and how long is left to run. Also very quiet compared to my old Bosch washing machine.

Delivery arrangements were spot on and the installers great. Whole process with AO excellent. Washing machine is great.

The washing machine was exactly what we wanted. Don't need to open the kitchen unit doors to see what the washing machine is doing. A hologram is projected on the kitchen floor showing what is going on. Well happy!
