This machine is exceptionally quiet and even on 1400 spin does not vibrate much. A great improvement on my previous washer dryer. The controls are clear and easy to use, the quality of finish seems good, and it was straightforward to install. I’m confident it will give many years of good service.

Bought for elderly mother in law and she found it easy to use straight away. The handle is different to her old model but she's got used to it.

I like being able to control the washing & drying times and temperatures easily & the controls are straightforward although the start/stop button takes a few presses to connect. Also the door has been quite difficult to open but now seems to have resolved
