Bought for elderly mother in law and she found it easy to use straight away. The handle is different to her old model but she's got used to it.

I like being able to control the washing & drying times and temperatures easily & the controls are straightforward although the start/stop button takes a few presses to connect. Also the door has been quite difficult to open but now seems to have resolved

Excellent washer dryer so far, much quieter than the Samsung it replaced. Simple to use. May be expensive but you tend to pay for what you get with Bosch

Very quiet which was why I bought this washer/dryer. Has many options to either wash only or dry only and wash/dry together. Has everything I need. Easy to use.
