Great product! Very user friendly and self-explanatory. Not as noisy as other reviews seem to suggest, certainly no more noisy than I recall my previous condenser dryer being a few years back. Would highly recommend this product. Really pleased with the way my clothes come out, there’s an “iron dry” setting which has been brilliant for work shirts.

Worst tumble drier that I have ever had the sorry misfortune to own. Timed Programme Warm, something that you need to get warm and dry the clothes just doesn't heat up. Bosch engineer told me nothing wrong with it and that this is how it works. A tumble drier that doesn't dry on a programme that I use regularly is no use. Avoid this heat pump tumble drier, save yourself stress and buy a tumble drier with a heater in it, just don't buy a heat pump drier.

Great heat pump dryer. I was bit concerned about some reviews which commented that clothes are still damp after cycle finished. So far no such problems. Reasonably quick and uses a lot less electricity than a condenser dryer.

Very happy. Quicker than expected. Cycle often completed earlier than given time too. Clothes are softer than previous vented dryer.
