Very practical product Excellent service

Bought this to replace a 26 year old Bosch Tumble drier that had died after a long and trouble free life. Quite impressed with my new drier, clearly the drying cycle times are longer because of less energy consumption, but it is quiet, appears well built and does what it is intended to do. Plenty of drying programmes give a great choice. The machine is simple to operate and needs no external outlets to drain condensation. I doubt it will last as long as the old one but on the plus side it won't cost as much to run!

A real disappointment, nothing feels fully dry even after 3 hours of running on the highest heat settings! Would never buy this model again.

Great tumble dryer. Very efficient and quiet.

Seems like they thought of everything. The included drain kit was an easy fit and saves emptying the tank. Both filters are really easy to remove and clean. Lots of plain English settings for different loads. As a heat pump machine the timings are longer but the figure shown is generally longer than the programme takes. As it’s different from standard tumble drying tech I’m relying on it being cheaper to run. Doesn’t seem to get as hot externally as my last tumble drying so that’s good as it’s in a recess.

This product has lots of different settings compared to my previous dryer so takes a bit of getting used to. However, this does mean there are plenty of options for drying different items. It also seems to be much more energy efficient.

So very pleased with this tumble dryer. Works really well at drying all the clothes - tried bedsheets, towels, jeans and synthetic tops, all feel so soft :-) The noise level is very quiet, and pleasantly surprised electricity much less than my condenser tumble dryer. The filter is such good quality, easy to de-fluff and water tank to be emptied long and at top rather than the base- which is much better esp if you suffer with a bad back like me! Overall totally pleased in every sense and completely glad I chose this model and sure you would be too. There is nothing I can say that could be better - it is a top class super tumble dryer.
