Delighted with this tumble dryer. It is spacious and efficient, easy to operate. I have used the connector for any waste water to drain into the washing machine water outlet so not necessary to empty the condenser drawer. The clothes do not tangle up while drying , towels get a soft finish, a good result. It is not a noisy machine which is good if you are having a conversation nearby or listening to the radio. Smart looking machine which works well and is efficient

Very pleased with the performance of this dryer compared to our old vented dryer.

I bought the Bosch Series 4 Heat Pump Dryer to replace my old condensing dryer which was 12 years old. It had done me so well I was waiting for it to fail (as an old friend) but no on it went. I knew it was now not efficient and was not saving the planet, so I took the plunge. The Bosch is brilliant and I am very pleased I changed it. AO were very efficient as always and my new one was in place within 3 days. Thank you !
