My old vented tumble dryer packed in after 15 years and as they are not made by Bosch any more, after reading the reviews I chose to buy the heat pump version. Basically the same operation as the old dryer and after using it on several different load settings it has been excellent. Thought emptying the water collector would be a pain but was able to 'plumb' it into the washer waste pipe, so win-win. AO once again, in our opinion, gave a first class service.

This was a replacement for a similar model we got 8 years ago. Although the old one was good, they seem to have made improvements that have made it work even better.

Dries efficiently, easy to remove lint and keep clean.

Very good experience on delivery as a AO Member. No mess and fully inspected, explained to me and left in the house where I needed it. The appliance is in early days of use. The programs available are good, the two stage fluff filter efficient. The option to drain to regular waste water via a supplied hose is very good - should have mentioned on the website as a selling point! Drying seems to be 95% of what I'd expect but as I say... It's early days and I'm trying the different settings. So far I would recommend especially with the five year p&l warranty.
