Really happy with the purchase. Good value for money. Offers a variety of programmes, quiet overall but not when taking or draining water, which is typical I’d guess. No 1400 spin but 1200 equally as good. Would recommend.

As a first time buyer AO were brilliant from start to finish.. communication was excellent, was emailed with a time slot then called by the driver 10m minutes before arrival.. Paid for ao membership but forgot to tick the box for taking away old goods, they took them anyway and was politely told how to do it with future purchases.. 5 stars from me..

The washing machine is good, the functions are useful and the washing cycles work well. The washing machine is easy to use and straight forward. The reason for the 3/5 stars are that firstly, the rear self levelling feet do not seem to be able to raised up and down so I can not tilt the machine forward to level it out, only the front feet can be adjusted. Secondly, after levelling out the machine, the spin cycles are LOUD, really LOUD, almost offensively LOUD. Other than that this is a good washing machine.
