First machine delivered was faulty but after consulting with Beko a replacement was sent and it is working well .

Works really well, not too noisy when on. Fits a good amount of washing and spins a lot of the water out of our clothes.

This product was easy to install and is so much quieter than the last washing machine. The delivery was as promised with good communication. The person i spoke to at Ao was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely purchase more from them .

I had no idea that this washing machine was C rated. Does that mean it has cosmetic damage? Anyway it wasn't cheap for a 7kg machine. For some reason all integrated ones are more expensive. It works fine but the wash delay timer is for the "end" time, so not as convenient as the previous Beko one we had and a bit noisier.

The machine is running well and seems efficient. Like the super quick cycle which is great with 3 kids where lots of washing is required. It’s great you can adjust to a temperature of choice too for cycles. I find the detergent drawer stiff and difficult to get out to clean. But overall it’s really good and seems pretty quiet on the spin cycles.
