We wanted an integrated machine with a 1600 spin and there's not a lot of choice. The Biko is good value, has excellent programmable features, is very quiet (important for open plan) and the reliability record was as good as more premium brands. Watch your measurements though as the unit is wider to the rear than the front fascia.

Does what I want quite

Very fast and efficient service. Although the washing machine is more noisy that the previous one, it has all of the programmes and spin speed we need.

Lots of programmes to suit all sorts of washes, the 1600 RPM spin is extremely noisy though, we use it overnight on a reduced tariff so have to spin at 1200. The timer also needs to be set for how far ahead you want it to end, rather than when you want it to start.

Now used my machine for two weeks it’s quiet and works really well this is a replacement in my new home. .

Really pleased with this washing machine. It was easy to install, and very easy to operate.
