This machine was very easy to install, I am a complete novice and never installed one before. The most difficult part was removing the transit bolts! You need a 10mm spanner and some levering of the rubber stoppers and a lot of wiggling about to remove them once the bolts are out far enough. The machine kept pausing on the initial drum clean wash and my first proper wash. After some trouble shooting online I realised that there was not enough water pressure as I'd not tightened up the water connection enough. As soon as I tightened the connector the washer started up and has worked great since then. It's very quiet. This integrated washer is a replacement and so another problem for me was that the cupboard door hinges were in a different place to the previous machine. There is a paper pattern and I needed to drill new holes in the cupboard door for the new hinge position.

Machine had a fault on first wash and then the problems started with trying to get an engineer out to look at it. Very poor customer service.

Brilliant service from AO (again). Good contact after purchase and delivery was within the time frame quoted. Delivery guys were professional and did a good job with installation. Only issue we have is that the washing machine door is very difficult to open and I may have to join a gym and get on the weights so that I can open it without looking like I've gone 15 rounds with Mike Tyson!

Have had the machine for a week. So far no issues with it. Reasonably quiet, programmes suit our needs. The initial time given for a programme almost always increases once the cycle has started which is a little annoying but could be down to our low water pressure. Overall very happy with the machine.

This is a very easy machine to work, cheap to run, super quiet.. (my room is next door) does a good sized washing quickly and well. All in all a very good buy, I'm chuffed with myself for getting it.

Quiet machine and clear and easy to use settings, overall very pleased with this purchase!

Purchased having read Which? review. Excellent product for the price. Noted previous reviewer's comments regarding soap dispenser not draining of water, haven't found that to be a problem. Some wash cycles lengthy, but no longer than many other machines. Wash and rinses well. Good spin speeds. Happy with product.
