Pleased overall. Instructions could be clearer as it wasn’t explained about the polystyrene block under the unit. Very quiet which is great. The programmes are quite long for a full wash, 2 hours in synthetics which is the most common used at 30 degrees. I’d recommend this if asked.

Good quality ,uncomplicated and easy to use,at 83 years old this is exactly what I needed.

I love this machine, it is very quiet with a good choice of programs and at a very reasonable price, It looks and feels like a well built good quality machine and so far the results are promising , seems much better than my last machine.

We’ve only had this machine a short while but so far so good! It’s quieter than our old machine and has way more washing options which is good. The drum size is really decent as well.

The genius that resides within these premises has advised me of her absolute delight at how this machine operates. My only role was to select it from many others, using the good offices and advice of the Consumers' Association.

Unfortunately, have had issues with this machine since day of purchase. The engineer has been out to fix it on 3 occasions now! The Eco cycle is useless; reduces the rinse and therefore, washing comes out smelling 'dirty' instead of like fabric conditioner. My previous machine washed so well and clothes came out smelling fresh and even smelt of fabric conditioner after storage. I was told by the engineer to 'use a different cycle'. Wouldn't recommend and wish I had purchased a different make/model (my previous machine gave me no issues and lasted over 5 years, but unfortunately has been discontinued).
