I love Beko products ! The machine looks good & is simple to use with a great range of programme options. A.O. delivered, fitted & recycled my old machine .. perfect!

The machine is very quiet and has lots of different programmes. Dropped a star as there is no end of cycle alarm which I didn’t anticipate when I purchased it.

Very pleased with it so far. SO much quieter than my previous machine. Easy controls, extra features I’ll be trying out, looks good, nice big door. I like everything about it.

This washing machine leaves water in the dispenser drawer when the wash is finished and it won’t drain out . Beko are totally unhelpful , worse customer service ever ! However ao are brilliant and replaced it for us like for like but unfortunately same problem so must be a design fault again ao sorted the problem and replaced with a different make machine . I would not buy any beko appliances ever again based on there awful customer service !

The washing machine was very easy to install and get up and running, controls easy to understand. No issues at all.
