My previous machine was all singing all dancing, I never used even half the functions and the touch screen stopped working after 7 months. My brother bought this machine and I noted how quiet it was running! Teamed with the 10kg capacity and its energy rating, the price, and the fact it doesn't have a touch screen just buttons what's not to love! Had it a couple of weeks now, I'm a mother of 2 messy young children and I'm absolutely over the moon! Superb product. Superb service. Superb! Superb! Hurrah.

Excellent washing machine from my favourite supplier. The machine is the quitest machine I have ever known and of course noise is energy, so the B energy rating is understandable. The 10kg capacity is perfect for our household, but it does not compromise the quality of the wash. The 28 minute short wash (lightly soiled) is another energy saving option which is welcomed. This is about the sixth item we have purchased from AO in the last 2 years and they keep delivering quality products and quality service. Now a "gold star" member, I look forward to many years of satisfaction.

Great product, lots of different functions to use depending on what is being washed, options for temperature and spin speed available, quiet when running and great size drum. Easy to use, would recommend.

Previously we had a washing machine with a smaller drum and decided to upgrade to a 10kg and so pleased we did! It fits so much more in each wash and clothes come out very clean. Great value, would recommend!

Brilliant and easy to use. Nice big drum for family and also quiet. Would like a shorter quick wash as my old was 15min n this one is 28min but nevertheless very happy with the appliance and great energy rating.
