Ordered with easy online system, shows clearly stock and price and the options for delivery, fit and recycle. The process is clear and easy to understand. Delivery was done on the day with a phone call to narrow down delivery time followed up with e mail. Delivery and fitting was quick and fitters very good. All in all I had a product at the right price, excellent delivery time and excellent fitting and recycle.

This is the quietest washing machine I have ever owned. We are a large family who produce a large amount of laundry to go with it. Being able to do a 10kg load on a fast wash is a bonus. Everything is coming out clean and fresh, in fact we may have to upgrade our tumble dryer to keep up! Would recommend this washing machine, especially if you have teenagers who wear things briefly and then dump their clothes back in the laundry pile.

We bought this as a replacement for our old Beko that we left behind when moving house. Such a good brand and a reliable washer. The option to speed up wash times substantially by pressing the fast button is so useful, and the child lock is a must for our household.

AWFUL - It leaked a small puddle of water the second time I used it. 10 days after getting it, it stopped working altogether. Trying to contact BEKO was not a good experience either. You can’t do it online & calling them can cost you up to 55p a minute. I was on the phone 15 minutes before I got to speak with anyone and was on the phone for 30 minutes & still had to phone them back. Not impressed with the machine or the customer service. Will not buy another Beko product.

Really quiet, simple to use, super fast wash setting, huge drum capacity and loads of options. Perfect for a chaotic family where the bottom of the laundry basket is never seen and everyone needs everything immediately!
