We have purchased Beko appliances in the past and found the brand to be reliable. The washing machine was delivered as ordered. The appliance performs well and as expected, although the fixed settings, e.g. spin speeds, could be improved.

Absolutely love my beko machine. Superb make, also have the tumble dryer. My next purchase will be a beko dishwasher. I will only use AO as they are a friendly professional company

I think this BEKO 10kg washing machine is brilliant. It's best feature is it's silentness while it washes. It's the quietest washing machine I've ever had.

The machine is still quite new, but it is easy to operate and works fine, the only disappointment is the run time for some of the settings, they are much longer than my last machine, but overall I am happy with it.

This washing machine is exactly what I ordered, perfect if your looking for something quite & if your needing to do large loads. Washing options are long but I don’t mind. Would recommend.

Great washing machine. I was expecting more noise with the bigger spin and drum but it's no louder than my previous one. Love the quick wash setting too.

So far so good. Very quiet machine and easy to operate. Clothes come out clean, the functions are basic but does what it needs to do. The 10kg load is brilliant for a larger family. Happy with the delivery time and service received from AO.
