Excellent machine Very quite for a washing machine We always use ao.com because of the excellent service and after care.

Excellent price for a good machine. Dials very easy to use and easy to then change combination of spin and temperature etc. Nice big door space. So don’t have to squeeze the washing in. Very quiet. Impressed with ao too. All very swift, great communication before during and after purchase. First time we’ve used ao so very impressed

I needed a new tumble dryer as the Hoover one we had died. We had not had itong but when the engineer looked at it he said it was beyond economical repair. He then recommend Becko We have not had itong, but it was cheaper than the Hoover, drys faster than the Hoover, and has better settings. In addition the delivery driver was fantastic as well as the customer service team who contacted me. Would recommend.

Great washing machine and huge capacity.

This washing machine is PERFECT! it's so quite even on a 1400rpm spin and the load volume is great, I can wash a double duvet with no problems. The quick wash function is really useful too. and the way you can adjust the temperature or spin speed to suit the load is so clever.

We are delighted with this Beko washing machine. It has a better selection of programs than our previous machine, and it is quieter too, thanks to the permanent magnet motor. The information on the AO website said that it should be, but it's good to have that quietness confirmed. I installed it myself in a matter of minutes following the easy pictorial instructions. It seems to do a nice job, whichever program we have selected and the delay timer is a nice feature, although for some reason it wants you to specify the finish time rather than the start time, which would be much easier. We usually try to hit the four hrs overnight when we paid for off-peak electricity, so it would be much easier to simply specify the start time. As it is, this machine requires you to work out when you want it to finish, which doesn't sound too bad until you realise that means you need to ferret around to find out how long each programme takes to actually run and then do a bit of maths to work it out. Something for Beko to think about perhaps? Apart from that, we are very pleased with the machine indeed.
