Fabulous value. Great for my size of my family. No issues as yet.. Replacement of my old Beko that I damaged by not checking partners' pockets ! . Lesson learnt. AO will be back again as usual fab service.

Quite when in wash cycle and when spinning out. Like the delay start mode and the machine cleaning cycle. Highly recommended.

Purchased and installed my Beko WTL104121W 10kg Washing Machine about 2 months ago. Good. Used it 2-3 times a week and have got used to the programmes, runs fairly quite, nice big access door and drum. Washes and spin dries just as it should. Controls and display are good and lets you know how long left for the wash to finish. Machine appears to be well made and solid, maybe not quite as good as top more expensive brands as you would expect. Not so good. Some of the programmes are very long at well over an hour. Like most machines nowadays there's only cold water feed. Only B rated but figured bigger washes in the 10kg drum would mean less washes to compensate. The machine was travelling along the newly polished tiled utility floor when on fast spin, this was fixed by adjusting the machine feet so it was perfectly level. The machine door stands about 50mm proud of the 600mm utility room worktop line when fully home, this may be partially due to my plumbing on the wall at the back of the machine, but the machine depth is quite big.

Love the washing machine, great capacity which is useful for a big family, quick wash works well and the longer washes are brilliant for chef whites, which is a bit of a niche requirement, I realise! Looks good alongside our Beko tumble dryer too.

Love my new washing machine very easy to use economical too. It's a welcome addition to my kitchen and fits in perfectly. From fast wash to longer washes it works perfectly would definitely recommend the product to family friends and strangers too!!

Good machine and value. Easy to use and set up. Delivery was simple and both were helpful.

Does what it says on the tin. My wife wanted a machine without all the fancy programmes, this has about 10, which are plenty. It's quiet a c efficient. SO delivery was spot on, the lads were very helpful. If you want a simple efficient washer then this is it.

Seems fine so far. My only complaint is the the usual overhang of the lid at the rear (to protect the hoses) is smaller than others I have had. It's possible to 'nip' the outlet pipe and if you pushed it right to the back, I reckon you could seriously damage the hose(s).
