The washing arrived on time and was exactly as. I ordered. Fitting the machine was simple, however, the doumentation (user manual) is poor. The documentation indicated that a drum clean should be conducted prior to a clothes wash, this was Not achievable as the machine would not respond correctly. Phoned up for support but they did not have a clueless. The machine is working well in the simple settings we choose.

Great product easy to use and really quick wash cycle for everyday washes . Large drum which is great for families. Again another fab beko product

This machine seems good. It is simple to use has enough different wash cycles to cover all needs. I just wish I had not taken up the AO 5 Star cover because I did that thinking it gave everything, removal of old machine, unpackaged of new, installion if new and removal of old packaging - but it doesn’t. It’s a complete diddle. And the delivery guy just did a runner after saying he was going to install the machine. Didn’t even take out the transit bolts.

Does exactly as says on the tin....the drum is larger enough that a load takes fills the whole line (and there's plenty of space for water to slosh around ....you know you overfill don't you :)) Easy to use, display good although read the instructs as some of the cycles are very long (to be eco) so you may wish to push buttons to shorten the time or save the planet, the choice is yours.....in short very pleased

Excellent machine even on the quick wash comes out very clean. Then spin means quick drying no need to spin twice or tumble. We could also put our washing basket load in one go would recommend

This is great value for the money and has all the features I need and cleans really well. It is the second Beko washing machine I have owned. The first lasted 6 years so based on that I can buy three machines for the cost of one expensive one that will maybe last at best for 12 years. Major saving.
