Seems good. Clothes wash efficiently. I like the fast cycle option. The timer function is a bit clunky. Why is doesn't show hours and minutes I don't know. It's a pity there isn't a 50 degree option too.

So quiet! We are open plan and used to have to turn the tv up… not anymore! And the 10kg drum is just what we needed for our family of 5.

Great product fast friendly service

Not a great machine. Clothes come out soaking even on 1400 spin. Door seal faulty fills with water as drain holes are too high would avoid and buy another model. Sent back.

Very quiet and easy to use. Love the 10kg wash drum, wash days are smooth and shorter.

The size of the drum is big which is of course the main factor of buying this machine however, it is noisy and every cycle is so long! Each cycle is two times or more longer than my previous Hoover brand washing machine. (For example: Cotton cycle was 58 minutes on Hoover but 2hrs 14mins on this Beko one). I didn't read the reviews and regret buying this. I don't recommend it due to the long cycles.
