This is a great machine. Plenty of settings to suit all the options and love that the tray has auto jet cleaning to prevent build up of dirt. Only downside if this machine has a large gap between the drum and the door seal so often find pants/socks getting stuck and soggy as they don’t get spun. This is easily solvable by some laundry bags for the smaller items. Dropped a star for this reason, but wouldn’t prevent me from purchasing again.

Efficient, effective and you get a jolly little tune to let you know when the wash is finished.

WiFi connection is a game changer. Also quick wash is amazing. Quality product and good delivery and connection and removal of old appliance.

Early days as we've only used this 3 times, but it seems to be a really good washer. Providing you're aware that the mixed load 40/60 cycle takes 3 hours, its all ok.... it has a very long & annoying tune at the end of the cycle, which seems unnecessary. Unfortunately the instruction book is so limited & lacking in information, I'll have to resort to you tube to find out how to reduce the tune/turn it off, but other than that you can work most things out by messing with the various buttons & watching the screen to see what changes, ie spin speeds etc. Overall impression is good, but they do need to sort those 2 issues out.

Very quiet running. Clothes are nearly dry after a wash. Easy to use. I am very pleased with this product. Can control with my phone.

A fantastic machine that does every load with ease and speed. Easy to use and looks great. Just what we needed!
