Very Reliable and quiet as was my previous Samsung washer.

Replacing an 11 year old Samsung washer - this is soo quiet in comparison to my old machine. Everything else works great and as expected.

Very quiet machine, compared to our previous Hotpoint. Easy to use via Smart things App. Great that you can use other downloaded programmes via the app. Washes well, which is what you want! Nothing so far to dislike.

Great product! I like the app feature so I can programme my washing machine from my phone. The washing machine is so quiet compared to my old one, you can hardly hear it's on. My washing smelled so good once it was done and I love the 15 minute quick wash. The touchscreen settings is a nice touch and I love the 1400 spin, my old one only went up to 1200 and I can tell my washing is drier. My favourite feature is that the washing machine is 9kg, I can fit a lot of my washing in, whereas before 7kg was a struggle.

I had a Samsung washing machine for many years before this one and it was superb so bought another. I’ve only had this one one week but I’m immediately not as happy with it. It works perfectly fine but is very plasticky, not as user friendly, and far more complicated. I would not suggest it for older users.

Excellent value machine with programmes that meet our needs. Love the delay function enabling use of overnight off-peak electricity. It's quiet and efficient and even opens its door when the programme is complete.
