Product is great, so reasonably priced (matched across most retailers but this machine was slightly cheaper). Can't go wrong with a Samsung product, it's quiet, efficient and ticks all the boxes.

Firstly delivery was fantastic, the guys delivered to the kitchen & unboxed ,and also removed my heavy old machine. Installation was easy, removed 3 coach bolts, slid in machine, fastened inlet pipe & outlet pipe, switched on & run an initial cycle. Afterwards connected Washer to Samsung smart things for overall monitoring/control. As of now I cannot fault this Machine.

Only had it a short time but pleased - it's been through nose bleeds and sickness bugs in its very short life in our family with three young children. It's quieter than the previous Samsung we had for nearly 10 years, cleans well and has short and daily cycles which is what we tend to use which can run at 20/30 which is what we want to use for most daily freshen ups.

Great washing machine. Good value for money and very easy to use. Highly recommended

Very quiet when going through cycle but I wish it had 30 minute cycle instead of 15 like my old Samsung did
