There's nothing not to like about thus product. It washes well and is very quiet even on full spin! It looks great too. I was a little worried about the wifi aspect, but it was so easy to set up. It may have helped that I already have a Samsung phone and tv, so I had a Samsung account. All I had to do was add.the washing machine to the smart app. There are loads of programs that you can download and you can choose a program to suit your needs. Even mix and max programs. You chose what you need and send it to the machine, then press start on the machine. I suppose the only thing missing is being able to actually start the machine from your phone. Well worth getting even if you don't use the WiFi feature, but you will be.glad you did ??

It's good washing machine and nice and quiet. I did got for 9kg and previously had a 8kg Samsung washing machine but was disappointed that the drum seems smaller than what I had before with the 8kg machine. Even thought I thought I was bullying a bigger machine I don't feel like I am able to wash more clothes it is more or less the same maybe a few garments less.

Looks great and it meets my expectation, but unfortunately as the connection service damaged my kitchen vinyl that now has a wave in hence i've taken 1 star off.

This washing machine is value for money, excellent quality, easy to use functions and very quiet spin and it even plays a tune. I would highly recommend this product.

This is our second Samsung washing machine. Very happy with the first and so far Very happy with the second. The free Samsung 5 year warranty was a plus in deciding to stay with a Samsung.
