Great product, the eco programme runs for around 2/12 - 3 hours but adding it to smart things app on my phone means I get a notification when the cycle ends, which is handy as a reminder to empty the machine. As with most washing machines, I will probably only use one quarter of the settings at. Most, but it’s nice to have the extra options should the need arise. Drum clean is a nice additional cycle to my old machine, and more can be sent from the app as one-offs. All in all very happy

Good quality washing machine with range of eco features at a value for money price. Can't say about how long it will last as we've only just bought it.

Great product. I did not think much about having WiFi connection when I purchased the machine. Thought that part was a bit of a gimmick of I am honest. But we trust Samsung products. It's actually really great as you can set washes up via the phone and delay starts etc. As for the product look and use. Very clean looking product. Looks pleasant in the kitchen surroundings. Noise level. This has to be one of the quietest machines I have had. Very minimal in noise level. Happy customer!

Great washer that runs quiet with very useful smart features. Plenty of different cycles available including one to keep the drum clean. Also came with a 5 year warranty once registered for peace of mind. Very pleased with my purchase from AO.
