Bought to replace my Bosch washing machine which was around 23 years old but had to change brand due to sizing issues fitting into the existing space. I am pleased with results so far but took ages to get the app set up as that gives you access to additional programs. Happy with purchase so far.

It washes the clothes

The product itself is good quality, easy to follow the washing instructions without difficulty. The machine is quiet, and has many different features to enable anyone to get the best wash out of the machine. First time buying Samsung, wouldn't hesitate in doing so again.

Easy to work (even for my husband!) clothes come out lovely and clean you can tailor make your cycle. Great product
