Works very quitet

Works as it should. Easy to use for my parents in their 90s

Good looking machine, clean lines and nice big drum window. Good selection of wash options : haven’t used the WiFi option yet. Fairly quiet when operating. Very pleased.

Delivery drivers were really nice they came on time in the 7-12 time slot I’d booked and even pre called about 1hr before to let me know when they expected to be at the property. Once they arrived they unpacked the appliance outside my front door and were careful bringing it in the house and placed it where I’d asked as was going to install later. I also booked recycling and they took away the old machine with no issues, the delivery ran really smoothly and was done within a few minutes. I only Got the machine today so not fully had chance to use it yet but I’ve done a wash load on a cotton 60 and seems like a good machine so far and honestly can’t believe how quiet it is. The machine has plenty of options available for wash cycles, Still getting used to the app but I’m sure as I use the machine more that will come. I have Seen several reviews about the machine not having a spin only cycle but it actually does have one if you hold the spin button down for a few seconds it actually turns it onto a 15mins spin only cycle and also on the app you can put on a spin only so it does have this function available if anyone is wanting to use an extra spin, I like using an extra spin as drying clothes on a maiden so this helps with drying time so was something I wanted to work out as had seen the reviews saying it didn’t have one. I buy all my appliances from AO and will continue to do so, had several items from washing machines, hoovers, fridge freezers and TV’s and never had an issue I just choose to upgrade my appliances quite often and this time it was my washing machines turn. I also decided to upgrade to this Samsung model due to the 5years warranty which is amazing to have. Thanks again AO for the amazing service as always and I’ll be shopping again when I’m ready to upgrade something else ??

This is our second Samsung washing machine purchase. An excellent, easy to use product.

I had Samsung before so I know how to use these. I like their machines for the programmed cycle times.....they do have some differences with the updated ones, but it's not much difference which is handy if you have an older version

Quick wash + spin , is our go to wash cycle. A refresh is what we use most of the time. Offers plenty more options, with a clear digital display giving timings when you use the selector. In comparison to our previous machine, this is a quiet machine. The app lets me know how far the washing is before concluding. Nothing to dislike.

Very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the Samsung washing machine. Quiet and smart looking. Recommended.
