Great machine, lots of settings and really quiet. Plays a nice tune when it's finished to let you know but this can also be turned off. Overall I'm really impressed.

Easy to use, great washing machine, delivered on time by people who cared!

The Samsung washing machine was chosen because it replaced our previous Samsung that was purchased from AO and given great service and withstood daily family washes without missing a beat over many years. We loved our old machine with it's quiet invertor motor (which now comes with a 20 year warranty (instead of 10 with the old machine). We also like the phone app which allows you to start your wash before you arrive home.

I purchased this after my original Samsung washer dryer that lasted 12 years went to washer heaven. This is amazing! So quiet!! Even when on spin. Smaller drum but you can buy bigger. The product is as expected and end la with the famous tune.

Good looking machine with intuitive controls. A lot quieter than earlier washers.
