Overall I’m very impressed by this machine and after a week of using it, it’s been the best machine I’ve had by far. I will say this is the first brand new machine I’ve had so my expectations are probably a bit skewed from years of buying second hand. But I think the features and the programs work well for me. Even the shorter cycles such as mixed load and cottons (both under 2 hours without the extra features) have been amazing. Another good point is that it’s a fairly quiet machine, which in a tiny 1-bedroom flat is definitely a major factor.

A great washer that does everything I need it to do and very quiet. I like the quick wash option for speedy freshening-up although you have to put it on a spin cycle afterwards to get the maximum moisture out. My second Samsung and I've been very satisfied with the quality of this washer. Would recommend.

Fab machine and looks great. It’s very quiet when on. Only issue is that socks can get stuck between the door and the rubber during the cycle but not a major issue
