Brilliant machine!

So quiet and the fast wash is fantastic Easy to use Setting it up on my phone was very easy Really so far can not fault would highly recommend

I loved my last Samsung washing machine which I bought about 10 to 12 years ago with no trouble until now, so I replaced it with another Samsung recently which I thought would match up. The machine runs great and quiet. My only complaint would be the digital display. When I add a rinse to a selected programme it doesn't light up to show you have done that, it adds time. When you select a programme it says the time but then after the display going round and round the time jumps down about 10 minutes before any water has gone in. In the end I set the same wash twice, one with the extra rinse and one without and had to more or less sit in front of the machine to see how many rinses it did. The user manual doesn't say and I found is very sparse on information.

Had this machine for a week now but with a family of 4 and a dog we always have a tonnes of washing to get through. I can’t fault this machine so far, easy to install myself, very quiet, doesn’t jump around. Washes the clothes really well. Hopefully it will last us 9 years like our last Samsung did. Very happy so far.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This Samsung Series 5 AI washing machine is amazing. I have two dogs who refuse to sleep on the floor, so change my bed linen often. It has a big 9kg drum so can handle the bedding with ease. That and the 1400 spin means that washing does quickly and easily. Only downside from me is that the instructions could be better.

Great product. Communication around delivery was poor however.
