Washing machine is great, we had a Samsung before which lasted over 10 years. The new model is really quiet and cleans well. The five year guarantee gives good peace of mind!

It’s a lot better than my old Beko. It was a bit of a faff finding serial no to register 5 year guarantee on Samsung website. After some googling I found out it’s under the QR code at front of machine. You can alter temperature settings, which I didn’t realise initially . Cold wash shrunk my favourite scarf! Other than this, it’s a pretty good machine. I do wish they did all white rather than with black door

Replacing like for like. Love this machine. So quiet even on 1400 spin. 9kg drum also perfect size. Of course, the little French song to end the cycle, is partly why I bought again.

Perfect, so easy to use and quiet as a mouse even on full blown spin. Only problem is the extra things you can add to the wash programme, it doesn't tell you what they are in the instructions. But well worth the money and glad we didn't buy a smaller one,this will cope with all washes and even has a countdown timer so you can see how long is to go.
