Easy website to navigate and order from. Washing machine ordered, delivered , fitted and working within 24 hrs of placing order. Delivery guys were promp pleasant and professional. Washing machine is great, quiet when spinning and does the job.

Awesome product! We've had ours for just over a week and have done multiple washes. It's very smart and the spin is excellent, much better than my previous washer. Not used smart things app yet but handy to have in case we want to time a wash when we're out and about.

Great washing machine at a reasonable price.

this was a replacement for a 20 year old bosch washer which you turned a knob and pressed a proper button . this samsung you have to mess about with loads of setting options and press a touch sensitive button to start - this button does not light up and you have to push it hard and for a few seconds - a simpler control method would be better. have used it twice and it seems to clean ok

Very quiet machine. It does sing a lot tho when finished

Good machine, good features and spec, good price. Rated as reliable on other sites. Only irritant has been that the delay timer sets the finish time, not the start time of the wash. This makes it less easy to take advantage of Economy 7 pricing. The issue is present on both the machine controls, and on the app.
