Very pleased with my purchase it is just what I wanted in a washing machine

Great washing machine, fairly quiet during spin cycle and switches off after it’s finished. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I chose this machine based on the 4.9 review score. But I regret buying it. The machine increases the wash time, so a cotton wash that states its 1hr27mins ends up over 3hrs long. My old Samsung took just over an hour. So it would do 3 wash loads in the time this one takes for 1. I think that's ridiculous. I thought this was a fault on the machine, so I wanted to return it. It also does not spin dry clothes as well as my old washer despite them both being 1400spin speed. The clothes definitely come out wetter. I've tried it on the mixed load and thought putting it on Ai mode would help save energy costs. It does but that's because it doesn't heat up the water. Clothes do not come out clean with cold water. I am very disappointed in this machine. I wouldn't have bought it if more reviews mentioned the long wash cycles and poor drying. It can connect to an ap which tells you, amongst other things, how long is left. So you can look at it counting down from over 3 hours with a knot in your stomach regretting your purchase.

Love this washer. Easy to use, quiet and really good spin. Only disadvantage us doesn't have a stand alone spin programme.

Really neat looking and easy to use . Love the fact I can link it to my phone so I can see which setting is best to use when I'm not sure. Easy to use the phone link

Very quiet and economical.

Does everything we need. Nice to be able to control from the phone. Only negative is the 1400 spin speed, our old machine was 1600 and we notice the difference.
