This product is either faulty or has a major design flaw. The gap between the drom and the door is very wide which results in the smaller items like socks and underwear becoming stuck in there during the wash. Very upset as I went for Samsung for the first time and because I read the 5* reviews ??

Bought to replace previous Samsung Washer. New one is very quiet and smooth running. Black trim looks classy too. Great value.

Seems to be a great machine so far. A lot more quite compared to my last one too.

Fabulous washer , very quiet and large drum. Easy to use and love the fact that you can switch it on from your phone and it updates you when the cycle is complete.,looks good too. Very happy with this product

Excellent washing machine. Incredibly quiet, easy to use and gets even the worst stains out. Useful self cleaning program as well, saving time and effort.
