This is a quiet machine which is easy to use .So far it has performed well .However there were a couple of things that i did not understand so i went on line and asked the question to which i found the answers easily.It seems to be the norm now that all new products do not come with a comprhensive guide just the bare minimum.I would have given the star rating as 4.5 because of this but it was not possible

Plenty of washing options, neat design. Note the rear panel sticks out from the case and is flush with the back of the top surface. So no room for the pipe or power socket in my kitchen and machine had to sit forward.

It is early days yet, but this washer is so much quieter than our old machine, and has completed two washes without any problems. It should also be more economical than the 20 year old machine.
