Had a Samsung washing machine before, hence why I bought one again. Very quiet,and washes quicker than before. Lots of programmes to choose from.

It's a lovely washing machine, doing a great job of my various loads so far. It even plays a happy tune to let you know it's finished: a few bars from Schubert's Trout Quintet, if you wanted to know. My only real criticism is the lack of instructions. The handbook gives all the installation info and a table for troubleshooting, but when it comes to how to actually use the programs, there is no information, just a list of the cycles, which were already clearly labelled on the machine. As a result, I am not sure how to get the best hot wash, or how to use the hygiene steam or drum clean options. Looking online did not answer my questions either, all I found was a PDF of the paper instructions.
