When my LG finally packed up due to the bearing it was time to purchase a new machine. I done the normal look around on the net and local shops. The reviews came in high as an all rounder on this machine and we can see why. The only negative I would say is it feels a little cheaper quality than our previous machine but at the end of the day it’s all the same mechanical components. The price was great and a lot cheaper than the LG’s out there. AO are fantastic to deal with

Quiet, efficient.

Very quiet machine, seems alright. Small items get stuck between the door and the drum, theres a fair sized gulley. The times change dramatically on cycles - selected a 1hr 27min cycle for cottons, the drum started spinning, then it jumped to over 3 hours! The machine seems good quality, the feet are very secure, to the point it rucked my lino up when i was trying to shuffle the machine under the counter, ended up using plastic spacers to slide it in. On the whole, happy with the machine, despite the little niggles.

Great and does what it says can do cold temperature water which I prefer to use on nice, good clothes

It's a good product as I always buy Samsung washing machines but a bit disappointed it doesn't have the same wash programmes like my last Samsung as most of the programmes are very long & there is no " just spin" programme, so if you use soft rinse & your clothes are still too wet & need spinning again then you only have the " rinse & spin" facility. This is not so good if you want to do yr own hand-wash then spin ( as I don't want to do a hand-wash for 2 hours !!!) This machine is also more plastic looking than metal & I cannot pull out the tray to dry on the washing dispenser.

It is a nice looking machine and very easy to use. Having used different programmes for my washing I am very impressed with the quality of the wash. Overall a very good buy.

For the price, so far, it’s a great little machine. Bags had it for a week now and so far so good. Besides being much quieter than my old machine, the washing is coming out looking and feeling great and it even has wifi connectivity for remote usage, and for download new was cycles. It doesn’t hurt that it plays you a song when the cycle finishes either. Very happy with this Samsung washing machine.
