Excellent machine highly recommend great service from AO

Great features and much quieter than our old machine. Clothes come out nearly dry. Highly recommend.

Very impressed so far. This machine is so quiet when washing it can barely be heard from an adjacent room, plus the motor is backed by a 20 year guarantee. The spin cycle is obviously a bit louder but still quieter than any other machine we've ever owned. The optional downloadable app was a bit temperamental connecting with the machine for the first time but has worked fine since. You can also download an extra cycle of your choice from the app and save it to the machine. The user manual supplied is basic but you can download a fuller version from Samsung's website. Overall very happy with this purchase.

We received it a week ago and so far, it’s been working well. It seems to be more stable when cycling that the old one. However, the programs take much longer - I think that’s because it is a high energy saving class. The other thing that knocks a star is the music it plays every time it’s turned on and off. But overall, happy with it.

Needed a quick replacement for my old Samsung Ecobubble and went for an updated model as last one had been so good. I’ve not been disappointed so far. Great mixed wash, quiet spin and husband has loved controlling it with his phone. Really pleased and would recommend.

While this machine washes well, it took several phone calls to Samsung for information as the instruction booklet is woefully inadequate , the online info booklet(for my model), refers to symbols that do not exist on my machine. It is meant to be a Smart Thing that links to your phone. I have a Samsung phone but it does not link. The fast wash only washes 2kg, which would have put me off the machine if this information was provided . I keep walking past the machine and find the display lit up, even though you have to press and hold gor 3 seconds to turn it on. Maybe 2 stars would have been enough.

Easy to use machine with intuitive controls.

Early days, but seems like a good machine. Really quiet and cleans clothes well.
