Amazing washing machine, so quiet and a washing cycle for everything you need. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this washing machine. Touch screen programming didn't take long to get used to and downloading the Smart washer app allows you to instantly diagnose any problems should they occur. It's very quiet when running, plays music to let you know when the cycle has ended and is simple in design. Nothing negative to say about this appliance.

Happy so far only had the machine for few weeks.

Very impressed so far. This machine is so quiet when washing it can barely be heard from an adjacent room, plus the motor is backed by a 20 year guarantee. The spin cycle is obviously a bit louder but still quieter than any other machine we've ever owned. The optional downloadable app was a bit temperamental connecting with the machine for the first time but has worked fine since. You can also download an extra cycle of your choice from the app and save it to the machine. The user manual supplied is basic but you can download a fuller version from Samsung's website. Overall very happy with this purchase.

We received it a week ago and so far, it’s been working well. It seems to be more stable when cycling that the old one. However, the programs take much longer - I think that’s because it is a high energy saving class. The other thing that knocks a star is the music it plays every time it’s turned on and off. But overall, happy with it.

Needed a quick replacement for my old Samsung Ecobubble and went for an updated model as last one had been so good. I’ve not been disappointed so far. Great mixed wash, quiet spin and husband has loved controlling it with his phone. Really pleased and would recommend.
