Really pleased with this Samsung washing machine. It is quiet, particularly compared to our previous washing machine. Lots of programmes to choose from. Including a quick 15 minute cycle. The display shows the time left for the cycle to complete, or you can view this on the app over a smart phone. Cleans really well, also looks good & sounds good!!

Replaced our broken machine with pretty much the same one. The controls are easy to use, it shows how long is left to go and what bit of the cycle it’s on - is more useful than it sounds! Nice and quiet. All good so far.

4* because the product had a leak and I had to call and wait in half a day for the engineer.

Really impressed with this machine, I worried the cycle times would be too long but a colours wash is around 1.5 hours. Clothes come out smelling and looking so much cleaner than our previous machine. Really like being able to control certain features from my phone, for example, setting an additional spin off whilst out so it's ready for when I get home... I'm not even sure it needs the additional spin but it's a habit I can't break. It's quieter than our old machine too.
