We purchased this Samsung washing machine to replace our aging Hoover washing machine and are not disappointed. Immediately on delivery, we noticed how much sturdier it felt compared to our previous machine and it feels like it is a high build quality. It is absolutely whisper quiet, even on spin. Which is by far the best part and the 5 year warranty gives peace of mind too. Just remember to register it. Had some initial issues connection the Samsung App, but eventually switched over to my tablet and tried it on there and it worked first time so there must have been an issue with the app on my phone. Once connected, it recognises what program you have selected and sends a recommended drying program to a supported Samsung tumble dryer which is pretty cool. Overall, very happy.

Great value machine, easy to install, operate and very quiet.

This is a great washing machine! It is a really nice to use and set up. Very quiet in operation even at spin. The difficulty though is setting up the Samsung SmartThings app. It repeatedly fails living your thinking that you are not gonna be able to connect it. You have to wait at least 24 hours from first attempting to connect the washing machine before it will actually register with Samsung. Don’t worry if it says registration failed or something similar as it will be connected and eventually will be able to register it in the app. This is the only reason why I have reduced it to 4 stars.

Nice machine with some features that we haven't had before. It seemed like a gimmick to get notifications on your phone, but if your out in the garden, or popped out, you know it's finished, and you can message your other half to make sure that it gets hung up... no more " didn't realise it had finished". The machine is very quiet, even at 1400rpm, and with AO installing and taking the old one away, it's perfect

Good quiet washing machine. Did not receive an instruction booklet for the programmes so not tried them all but looks nice,although reduced in price after black friday. naughty ao. I had to get it at that time because old one was broken.
