Great options offering different cycles and timings. Quiet running, good results.

This is my first new washing machine I have had in ten years. Didn't realise how much they had improved in efficiency. I purchased the Samsung as I have had other Samsung products and have had no problems with them, the main reason for purchasing this machine. As I am a 78 year old senior citizen, I wanted value for money and reliability. Many thanks. Rod WATSON.

Product seemed OK but has been leaking since the first wash. I'm in the process of trying to get it fixed. Not sure if it's to do with the machine or the installation.

All round good machine plenty of settings. Pleasantly surprised with it being a fairly budget friendly option

It washes beautifully, not too noisy and when it's ended the cycle it plays a tune to let you know it's done ! That is a tad annoying but has also been useful whilst watching Wimbledon. Service from AO was second to none. Very impressed.

Washing machine replaces an older Samsung model. Pros This one is quieter, has IoT ability I probably won't use as it needs the Samsung app Cons Buttons are sensor type ones that I'm not sure will last too long, and the build quality feels more delicate than the older Samsung (indeed the first delivery came dented at the back!)

No problems so far, very quiet and doesn’t shake the house down on a spin cycle
