The electronic controller is not very responsive to touch. I often have to press it multiple times before the settings are activated, which has been frustrating for me so far

The functionality and user friendly aspect of the machine is great and it does what it says on the tin! The spin cycle is also much quieter than my previous machine so this definitely a plus for me. Overall a great product!

Great machine, lots of settings and really quiet. Plays a nice tune when it's finished to let you know but this can also be turned off. Overall I'm really impressed.

Easy to use, great washing machine, delivered on time by people who cared!

The Samsung washing machine was chosen because it replaced our previous Samsung that was purchased from AO and given great service and withstood daily family washes without missing a beat over many years. We loved our old machine with it's quiet invertor motor (which now comes with a 20 year warranty (instead of 10 with the old machine). We also like the phone app which allows you to start your wash before you arrive home.
