Excellent so far - extremely quiet and smooth in operation with much less vibration than our previous machine, which was admittedly nearly 10 years old. Good range of programmes and the mobile phone connectivity is really useful to check on progress ….only downside is the slightly annoying jingle it plays when it’s finished !

Very quiet and efficient in comparison to my old machine. Clothes dryer and less creased. I particularly like the 15 min wash and the fact that the machine turns itself off when the cycle is finished. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased so far. After having a terrible experience with another brand taking 7 weeks to not repair my washer I gave up & bought this Samsung. Good choice of programs & not too long either. Very easy to use but not bothered about the App stuff. Looks good too.Love the tune after each program.

Great product! Quiet, efficient, love the smartthings connection so that I select a cycle based on the contents of my wash, see the status of the wash and duration, and it notifies me when it is finished. Has lots of useful modes, and I particularly like the 15minute wash for lightly soiled garments. The steam function should be useful too. Excellent communications from AO, and the delivery service was on time and the delivery team very helpful. All round a great experience - would definitely recommend.

The new Samsung washing machine replaced a similar Samsung model that gave 11 years of faultless service. That's why we bought another.

After the motor giving up on our old machine we decided to upgrade to a ‘heavy-duty’ machine, and this one fitted the bill perfectly. We researched and had several recommendations from friends and family, finally settling on Samsung 9kg. Plenty of programs to choose from and can even start programs from your phone so the washings done for when you get home. Comes with a 5 year warranty (hopefully won’t need it).
