So far so good (I've only had the machine for a few days so far), and still learning the different settings.

This washing machine is far more quiet than our old one and seems to get things much cleaner too, overall a great bit of kit

The washing machine is great just disappointed there is no spin programme.

Brilliant Washing Machine! Slightly bigger than our older one (this was a Candy which was making a horrible noise on a spin cycle)....so the upgrade is very nice Absolutely silent motor, you can barely hear it and I especially love the connection to the app Samsung SmartThings. This washer (like all new ones) has a very annoying jingle which you can silence permanently and now I just get a notification on my watch when it's done. Brilliant. Have also washed a Kingsize duvet in the 9kg too which our previous washer would never have been able to do! So love this one so far! And I also noticed the washing machine door catch is metal which makes a very satisfying click unlike the plastic version on our old washer.

Very easy to use, quiet and alerts you on your phone when a cycle is complete

Great product and working well so far. Much quieter than our other machine, lots of programs and washes well. Also really quiet too, once we’d adjusted the legs properly for the spin cycle. Haven’t tried the wifi programs yet or setting cycles. Really pleased so far.

Very pleased with this new model. Easy to view the choices on the dial and add your heat and spin requirements. The remaining water does not stay in the bottom of the rubber seal after the spin so that helps the drum dry much quicker .

Brought this washer machine a week ago to replace a Samsung which was 7 yrs old, still getting used to it, it doesn't have a separate spin on this one and the display is different, it doesn't show how many rinses It is doing or what stage they are at, preferred the other display, delivery people were excellent
